I was surfing on the web and the Top 20 Toolbar is no longer at the bottom of the screen, why?

Some web sites prevent the toolbar running as a footer, such as online banking, e-mail accounts and secure pages. To return the toolbar to your screen, simply click the home icon on your browser or use the floater version.

 

I have lost the toolbar when I press home on my browser, why?

This will happen if you have changed your home page, you will need to click here and reset your home page.
